Ordering, Payment and Worldwide Shipping

This post covers the practical side of ordering: how payment works, how orders ship, and
the one part of the tracking process that generates most of our support email.
Payment methods
Ten options are available at checkout:
| Cards and banking | Credit / Debit Card, Bank Transfer, E-Transfer |
|---|---|
| Mobile and app | Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, Revolut |
| Cryptocurrency | Crypto Payment |
How the manual methods work
This is worth understanding before you check out, because it differs from a typical
storefront. With the exception of the crypto option, the methods above do not take payment
at the moment you place the order. Selecting one records your order and we then contact you
by email with the details needed to complete payment.
That design is deliberate: it means we hold no card numbers or banking credentials on the
site at all. The trade-off is that your order is not finalised the instant you click through
– it is finalised when payment reaches us. If the confirmation email has not arrived within a
few hours, check spam before assuming something has failed, then contact us.
The crypto option behaves differently and is processed automatically through a payment
processor at checkout.
Our payment methods page covers each option in more
detail.
Shipping
Orders ship through established carriers – USPS, DHL and FedEx – and our shipping agents
handle customs clearance at the destination, delivering to the address on the order.
Current delivery estimates are published on our
shipping and delivery page, which is the figure to work from
as it is kept up to date.
The tracking delay
This is the single thing most worth knowing in advance. Tracking information does
not become active until the package has cleared customs. Between dispatch and
clearance, a tracking number can return nothing at all, or show no movement.
That silence is normal and is not an indication that anything has gone wrong. It catches
out almost every first-time customer, and it is the most common reason people contact us
about an order that is in fact progressing perfectly well.
Bulk and research-scale orders
Quantities beyond the standard box sizes are handled directly rather than through the
storefront. Contact us with what you need and we will quote it, including accurate freight –
which matters particularly for the liquid consumables, where weight drives the cost.
Documentation
Quality documentation is supplied with orders. Where a batch has been independently
tested, the report is also published openly on the product page, under the Lab Test tab,
along with the verification key that lets you check it against the laboratory directly. Our
guide to reading a certificate of
analysis explains what each figure on those reports means.
All products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
