The GLP Range: Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Semaglutide and Survodutide

Four compounds in our catalogue sit in the GLP family: Tirzepatide,
Retatrutide, Semaglutide and Survodutide.
This post covers how each is supplied and what the independent testing shows. It does not
discuss what any of them do – that is outside what we are able to document, and outside
what this catalogue is for.

Strengths and packaging

All four arrive as lyophilised powder in sealed vials, ten vials to a box. Where they
differ is the range of strengths available.

The wide strength ladder on Tirzepatide and Retatrutide is the reason those two carry so
many separate test reports: each strength is a separate fill, so each is tested on its own
rather than one result being extrapolated across the range.

What the testing shows

Thirteen Janoshik reports cover this range – seven for Tirzepatide, six for Retatrutide.
Every one is reproduced in full on the relevant product page.

We would rather state that plainly than imply coverage we cannot show. Where a report
exists it is published in full with its verification key; where one does not, the product
page simply carries no Lab Test tab.

Content against label

Reported content tracks the labelled strength closely across the range. The Tirzepatide
60 mg vial returned 67.51 mg, the 30 mg vial 34.96 mg, and the 5 mg
vial 5.05 mg. Retatrutide follows the same pattern: 34.91 mg against a 30 mg
label, 21.16 mg against 20 mg, 10.33 mg against 10 mg.

As covered in our guide to reading a
certificate of analysis, recovered content sitting above the labelled figure is the
normal result of fill overage.

Blind testing

Several of these reports were ordered as a common GLP-1 peptide blind test,
where the laboratory is asked to identify which of Semaglutide, Tirzepatide or Retatrutide
is present rather than being told in advance. That is a stricter test than confirming a
declared compound, because it rules out the sample simply being reported back as whatever
was written on the submission form.

One endotoxin report

Beyond purity, Retatrutide 30 mg has been separately assayed for bacterial
endotoxin, returning 1.211 EU per vial. It is currently the only item in the range with
endotoxin testing published.
